Following the success of Peacock Bar Bradford, we made the brave decision to venture out in Bingley and successfully opened Peacock Bar Bingley at the end of 2019. Although hit with Covid19, we remained upbeat and innovatively reached out to our new audience. During these testing times we offered a takeaway service to new and old customers serving our renowned Indian street food far and wide. We met and made many new customers through this experience.

More recently we have collaborated with a wide range of tap breweries, far and wide, including Turning Point, Saltaire Brewery, Bingley Brewery and Goose Eye Brewery. This is where we cook on-site serving our authentic fresh foods to their customers to sample. All our foods are cooked fresh from our Bingley kitchen where my wife is now head chef.

Through the immensely positive reviews and feedback we received on how authentic and apart from the rest our food is, we listened to the requests of our customers both new and old and fulfilled the demand for our services. We ventured out to set up a new business solely through the hard work, grit and the recipes of my wife and head chef. Thus the Peacock Roadshow was born. This is a completely new concept where we attend fairs, private functions, weddings parties, charity events and or any other upcoming events. We serve our authentic Indian street food straight off large paella hot plates cooked on a naked gas flame. This is all done from an outdoor gazebo in which we set up our stall. We are fast becoming a well recognised, respected and in demand brand.
